DESCRIPTION:Shift2Rail\, in partnership with Siemens Mobility\, is organising Hack 2 Rail\, an online hackathon on 23-24 October 2021. \nParticipants will work in teams to develop Europe’s future rail solutions to answer the following challenges: \nHackathon timeline: \n3 October: End of registrations\n4-8 October: Webinar Series – Learn about rail research and innovation\, attend inspirational webinars\, and meet Shift2Rail and Siemens Mobility mentors\n10 October: Ideas submission deadline – As a team\, choose a challenge and submit your idea on the hackathon platform\n13 October: Shortlisted ideas announcement – The shortlisted teams will have access to all the hackathon resources and data set\n23-24 October: Online hackathon – Develop and prototype your solution with the mentors\n29 October: Demo Day – The finalist teams will pitch their solution in front of the jury
